Registration Fees

Full Registration Industry Member :

• EARLY REGISTRATION : $500 (Prior to August 16)
• FULL REGISTRATION : $575 (August 16 and after)
• Full Registration includes Plenary Sessions, Unclassified Tracks, Breakfasts, Lunches, Receptions and Exhibits.

Full Registration Industry Non-Member:

• EARLY REGISTRATION : $575 (Prior to August 16)
• FULL REGISTRATION : $650 (August 16 and after)
• Full Registration includes all indicated above and membership in Association of choice – AAAA, AFCEA, AOC, or AUSA. Please indicate your choice on registration form. An application form will be provided at check-in.

One Day Industry:

• $300
• Includes all events scheduled that day except classified.

Classified Sessions:

• $50 additional fee per day
• Full Registration is required to attend Classified Sessions.

Unclassified Sessions

The unclassified part of the Symposium will be held on the 4th floor of the Atlantic City Convention Center . Plenary Sessions with high level speakers will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Unclassified tracks will run on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. The following tracks are planned: Unified Battle Command, Support to Army Forces Generation (ARFORGEN), Future Combat System, Future Network/Communications, Logistics Enablers, Building the Intelligence Enterprise, Lifecycle Software Engineering Initiatives, LandWarNet, Science & Technology and Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+). There is also an Aviation Session planned for Thursday afternoon.

Classified Sessions  

Classified sessions will be running Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons at the FAA Tech Center .

Cancellation Policy

Full refund with written requests to the Symposium Registrar by August 15, 2008 .

Substitutions can be made at any time. Please send substitutions as early as possible to the industry or government registrars to qualify for express check-in.
