Do I have to be registered for the Symposium to attend the classified sessions?

To attend classified sessions, you must be a full registrant and you must submit the classified form prior to the Symposium.

As a military speaker or participant on a panel, what do I wear?

Class A's.

As a military attendee, what do I wear?

Dress code for Sessions and Tutorials is duty uniform.

Can I drive my car to the FAA Center ?

No, due to security and lack of parking it is necessary to take the bus. Transportation will be provided from the ACCC to the FAA.

Will I be able to attend different tracks or am I locked in to one per day?

Some tracks will run more than once so you will have an opportunity to mix and match. Some tracks are different lengths so you could possibly attend two in one day. The schedule will be released prior to registration.

Can exhibitors attend the Sessions?

Exhibitors are only eligible for Exhibit hall activities. To attend plenary sessions and unclassified tracks, you must be registered for one day or the entire symposium.

When I get to the Symposium, can I change my mind and sign up for additional Plenary sessions or unclassified tracks?

Yes, go to the registration booth on the 2nd floor and they will help you sign up.

Can I get extra tickets for the Wednesday sit-down lunch or the receptions?

Yes, at the registration booth on the 2 nd floor. Meals and Receptions are included in one day (for that day only) or full registrations.

If I sign up at the Symposium, what means of payment is available?

We accept cash, check or credit cards – VISA, MC or American Express.

Is there any place to check my email?

Yes, we have an Internet Café in the Exhibit Area. Computers will be available for your convenience. We do not allow laptops in the exhibit hall.

If I miss the breakfast or the break, is there a place where I can buy coffee?

There is a shop in the train station.

 Where will food be served?

Continental breakfasts and breaks will be provided on the 4 th floor for Plenary Session and Track Attendees. Lunches and Receptions will be provided in the Exhibit Area. Wednesday there will be a sit-down lunch held in Hall A followed by dessert in the exhibit area.

Do I have to drive from the Taj Mahal to the Convention Center?

No, shuttle service will be provided during the entire Symposium.

Where are the plenary sessions and unclassified tracks being held?

They will be held on the 4 th floor of the Convention Center. Classified Sessions are held at the FAA.

Where should I go if I have a question during the Symposium?

There will be an Information Booth on the 2nd floor, adjacent to the Registration booth.

How can someone contact me during the Symposium?

There will be a “main phone number” established for incoming calls. Messages will be taken and posted near or at the information booth on the 2nd floor. The number will be posted on the Web Page in August and will also be in the show guide.

Which airport is closest to Atlantic City – Newark or Philadelphia?

Philadelphia is the closest International airport. There are also some flights into Atlantic City Airport.

How do I get from Philadelphia airport to Atlantic City?

There are limo services and car rentals available.

How do I get to other hotels besides the Taj Mahal?

There are jitneys that stop in front of the ACCC. Jitneys do charge a fee for the rides. Taxi cabs depart from all the hotels.

Is there an ATM machine nearby?

There is an ATM machine in the train station.

Is there any place where I can get office supplies or copies made?

There is a Store on the first floor of the convention center.
