Exhibits offer the opportunity for corporations to display products and technologies across the C4ISR spectrum.
Companies and organizations are invited to provide technical Exhibits for the
Symposium. The technical sessions, Exhibits and social functions will be held at the
convention center. The scheduling of this year's Symposium events is designed to
provide focused viewing hours of the Exhibits and therefore concentrated visibility for
the Exhibitors.
Highlights
• 15 September: Golf Tournament
• 16 September: VIP Exhibit Hour
• 16 & 17 September: Tech Receptions
• 17 September: Plated Lunch Exhibit hours begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 with the Ribbon
Cutting and a VIP Exhibit hour. In order to attain maximum coverage, VIPs will be given
the opportunity to walk through the Exhibit area. On Tuesday and Wednesday, from 5:00
p.m. to 7:00 p.m. each day, there will be a Tech Reception in the Exhibit area. A Plated
luncheon (in lieu of the evening banquet) will be held on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by dessert in the Exhibit area. Tuesday and Thursday lunches will be served in the Exhibit area.
We encourage Exhibitors to invite other interested parties in the Fort Monmouth community and surrounding areas to register for the Symposium and visit their Exhibits.
Exhibit space consists of 10’ x 10’ modules (100 square feet) with no limit on the number
of modules. Due to the physical layout of floor space and last year’s heavy demand for
Exhibit space, we recommend that you please respond early. Floor space will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Register now.
